I second this request. We have membership levels combined — using just Custom Capabilities to manage the levels. It would be very helpful for this plugin to allow for assigning courses to custom capabilities.

I have same issue — will have to discontinue the use of this plugin. Creator seems unresponsive at this time.

Actually — it seems to start in the right place on the page — but, ends up in the footer — the page does not seem to expand down to contain the full knowledgebase.
