@kscott29 – it removes them every hour (or two hours – I can’t remember which). I read that last night on one of Gary’s updates in github.

@bob Baker – My understanding is that we’re talking day/s. Can you confirm that the beta linked directly works?

@ Bob Baker – I understand your frustration and I’m sorry about that. A patch should be ready and out the door sometime next week. In the meantime there are a couple of options listed about as to how to keep things manageable.

We are not trying to justify the problem but explain how the problem came from an honest place and a desire to do things better. Like Gary said all the WordPress e-Commerce Plugins handle customer meta this way and we’ll have the UI cleaned up as soon as possible ??

If something like that isnt working in WPEC and you’ve gone to the effort to fix it could you please raise an issue in github and post us that fix for us to look at and merge. If we don’t have it we can’t do it (and my apologies if you’ve already submitted it and it didnt make it into 3.8.13).

What I can say is that we love all our customers and that if you do purchase Gold Cart we’ll do our best to help you regardless of any language barriers BUT I can’t guarantee anything. If you’re saying you want to help us with our Spanish language files that’s most awesome of you ??

@dormaj – there are plenty of plugins that extend the way WP e-Commerce Plugin handles emails that are being sent. If the functionality you require isnt in the Plugin itself you might need to consider using a consultant to make you an Add On plugin for WPEC that adds this functionality to your install.

There are consultants listed on our site but I’d recommend that whitelamp.com guys at the moment.

@dubzz – again this functionality isnt included in WPEC by default so if you can’t find a Plugin to add this functionality you might need a consultant to help.

Sounds like the market needs a plugin for adding full on email configuration. Hopefully this is something the whitelamp.com guys consider making for you should you reach out.

If this Plugin existed I’d gladly add it to our marketplace.

Hello. Please try upgrading to 3.8.13.1 and let us know if that fixes the problem.

My questions back would be…
Is WordPress sending out any emails correctly?
Are you trying to send admin receipts to more than one admin? Because that was a known issue in 3.8.12 that I think we resolved in 3.8.13.1

Otherwise its definitely coming soon… as soon as 3.8.14 hits the streets.
