In reply to: Blog post previews overlapping on mobileYes I understand that. However, the official theme product now requires a renewal payment of $99 to access the support forum, since it’s been 5 years since I purchased the theme. This issue isn’t worth that in my opinion. It just needs some WordPress expertise.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Restrict Number Of Categories a Listing/Job Can Use?Hi Adam,
Many thanks for your reply.
I ended up going for the WP Job Manager Field Editor. Did what I needed it to without the need for playing around with any coding – which suits me just fine!
Thank you.

In reply to: Removing preset character from site titleYes, I know it’s coming from the <title>. The general settings has the title field in which I’ve written the “Oliver Pohlmann – Surrey / London Freelance Photographer” part. However, as per my original post, it’s automatically adding the ” | ” character. I cannot locate the origin of this character.

In reply to: Need your expertise to center imagesYou my friend are simply god-like!
Not to self – in future, just ask the experts. It saves a lot of time.
I’ll double check it hasn’t affected anything else on the site, but otherwise, a massive thank you.

In reply to: The classic – can't get text to wrap around imageThread starter here!
Once again, many thanks for the help regarding getting text to wrap around images.
However, the solution given above doesn’t seem to have solved the issue in IE (using IE8 & 9). I’ve tried playing around with the overflow:hidden function in my css, but with no success.
For example here:

In reply to: Image Centering Fail – need your expertise! The thing is, I can’t access the HTML for individual pages, only the general page or post template. And the left align is present on all images which are less than the 950px width of the page, not just that wedding pic.

In reply to: Image Centering Fail – need your expertise! No, I’m using Firefox and that code therefore doesn’t appear. Really starting to think there isn’t a solution to this.

In reply to: Image Centering Fail – need your expertise!I can’t locate the .container; align-left code anywhere in my style sheet. Where abouts is it?

In reply to: Image Centering Fail – need your expertise! For example:
https://www.oliverpohlmann.com/archives/196/sony-dsc-32Viewing the page source, like you said, there doesn’t seem to be any alignment code assigned to the image despite me selecting center align in the media upload box.

In reply to: Image Centering Fail – need your expertise! Many thanks for contributing. I appreciate it.
Ok, so I removed all the images from the wedding post, resized them externally to a maximum of 950px in width and 750px in height. Re-uploaded them to the gallery and selected center alignment, and full size image.
The images still aligned on the left.
I then removed all appearances of the display:inline from the alignment section of the style.css (under the floats/images section)
…but the images still align left. This is getting to me now ??
