But when I enter the IP address it opens the website but the URL doesn’t change to https://www.techviral.org. How can I solve this problem?

I bought my domain from GoDaddy. Domain name: techviral.org

How can I check whether my website has an A record pointing to an IP address or not. I am hosting my website on a Virtual Machine on Google Cloud.
