In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] TemplateHow it looks like more or less depends on your template for all form fields (our plugin tents to leave form aspects styled by the template, most templates style form fields, text boxes, selection boxes, submit buttons etc).
We do not provide a welcome home screen like osticket, online tickets are shown only after the user is logged in to wordpress using the osticket shortcode.
Your user can then see all tickets, search them, etc, and open them to reply, close, etc.
Currently there’s not yet any knowledge base, the pending release that is scheduled to be released shortly does sync the osticket knowledgebase over to WordPress.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] TemplateIn the plugin configuration you can assign a ticket page, a contact page and a thank you page.
Once assigned you just double check the ticket page has the shortcode: [addosticket]
and the contact page (which is optional) has the shortcode: [addoscontact]The shortcode: [addosopenketcount] doesn’t do much other then showing open ticket amount.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Adding v1.10 compatibility? We can consider that for next version.
Current version we are working on is way over due and trying to release it asap (so just fixing the v1.10 bugs is left on the menu for now).Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Adding v1.10 compatibility?Getting there guys,
Client end has been 100% tested and ready
just a few issues left in the admin end (mainly ticket details and create ticket) which i hope will be resolved shortly.@raykaii i don’t think we got any plans to split up the ticket system, currently the plans for after this release is to more integrate the admin aspect of things (with for example wp users / woocommerce profiles / woocommerce subscriptions and so on).
However no matter what we make the option to simply not use the WP Admin end is always there, so people can use whichever they prefer ??

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Adding v1.10 compatibility?I would love to say yes, but not yet.
Due to the extensive changes to osticket database we keep finding issue after issue.
Currently most of the customer pages have been verified working, we still have to go through admin pages which hopefully will be less time consuming then the customer pages. If no weird surprises come on our path it should be ready end this week / begin next week.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Adding v1.10 compatibility? We are still working on it.
As per usual fashion they changed the entire database structure as to where what is stored.
which requires us to re-code pretty much every query again. In our dev environment most is now working but we still got a few broken queries causing some issues which have to be fixed before we can release things.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] v 1.9.14 is out for osTicketNo it’s not, it’s just been very slow on development.
Currently we are working out the bugs to make it compatible with latest RC.
after which we will release a new update to it (finally).Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Tickets not getting assigned to AgentOur plugin doesn’t have that feature yet.
It basically only sets the department / help topic but not much more.Inside SCP you can then assign it to whoever picks it up first etc.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] will you support v1.10 ?I saw, altho i can say RC’s still have their draw backs (atleast in my last tests it generated some additional emails from email cron on replies etc).
We are currently working on a major update version (which took way longer then expected) which is near it’s finishing stages (still some issues with design which should be resolved soon hopefully).
Once thats resolved we spinn up some tests including with the RC release. to which we can estimate if it’s some simple fixes or again major changes needed.
if / when major changes are needed it will most likely take a month minimum to patch up.

If you have the spanish translation please send them to: m.tiggelaar (a t) key4ce.com
I will make sure they end up in the project ??

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] How to display "Select User Type" in front endHello,
I don’t think thats possible.
We really made the front end to be for clients only and the backend (admin area) for admins. You can create the ticket but only through the backend (admin).

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] language switcher ?Hello,
Sorry for my late reply.
This plugin supports multi language deployments using po/ mo files.
the main thing required is a french translation of the language files:If you translate that to french i can generate the po file and publish the french translation with the project.
With it it should switch the language from english to french and visa versa when you switch the language.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Smartphone SupportHello,
Sorry for my late reply (i was assigned to another project for a while).
I am actually just starting the optimized layout for mobile.Currently you can see it on mobile as it’s responsive but it doesn’t really look good as you would want.
This should be fixed at our next major release (which mainly is pending on site + responsive layout which is due end next week).

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Problem translation and configurationHello,
You can translate the page:
https://git.key4ce.com/key4ce/key4ce-osticket-bridge/blob/master/tags/2.0.0/languages/key4ce-osticket-bridge-en_US.poand generate the mo using: https://poedit.net/
Or send it to us and we can add it to the main project (and generate the mo for you).
