In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] More frequent updatesWe have already confirmed we no longer continue development on this plugin.
Due to the massive changes on each osticket update it’s just unable to substain or use in a business environment.Due to that we moved on to a different ticket system with a portal plugin for wordpress we have not released at this time.
Regarding the website: Key4ce doesn’t provide any form of hosting, we only provide server related support.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Hi, is this working or dying?Hello,
We are personally no longer developing this plugin.
It’s also not possible to purchase the paid features (this was scheduled but never released because of the possibility that we would discontinue the plugin). We will most likely release the paid features as free within the next few weeks.
Due to the nonstop changes to the base of osTicket it is simply too much effort to keep developing this integration, and our own businesses have moved to a different ticketing system.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Impossible new installs of pluginHello,
I double checked on one of my sites which never had our plugin installed and it was working fine.
I think more concerning is the mysql_connect() which seems to indicate it’s running an (old?) version of wordpress or it’s possably setup a long time ago?
In general latest wordpress with php 5.6 or 7 shouldn’t give mysqld.sock but using mysqli driver instead.
It is most likely the reason why it fails to install for you aswell.
The undefined variables isn’t a big deal (your required to fill them in after installation and shouldn’t cause any issues with wordpress etc meanwhile).Regards,

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Compatible to v1.9.15 german version?Hello,
can you verify you have set your osticket version in our plugin to >=1.9.14 ?
as that should resolve your issue normally.Regards,

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Attachment problem! No problem.
Let me know if you need any further help resolving the issue. i personally would just work on removing duplicates (i assume a complication during an upgrade script of osticket, or atleast we had that once a long time ago).Once removed i assume it’s cleared.. optionally you can consider wiping the sessions table in it’s entirely but don’t do what without backup up 100% (it might work but it might destroy db completely).

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Attachment problem!alright,
As far as duplicate key: i don’t think there’s much alternatives but to remove the duplicate(s). only alternative that comes to mind would be adjusting the scripts which then allows duplicate results but that wouldn’t be safe.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Attachment problem!Hello,
I can’t say i can reproduce your attachment issue on our live sites. (i tried on several).
as for the github issue: your referencing a session table with duplicate keys.
our plugin doesn’t create sessions (thats the login aspect of osticket it self). The solution to your issue should be relatively easy. do a SQL search for: 717ll8at7jvse92gr2799tjtm3 and remove it (or to be safe you can try renaming it).

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Post a reply gives blank pagehmm.
It’s bit of a mistery what can cause that without php error log enabled.Do you get it on the contact page? or logged in as user –> then create ticket?
If it’s contact page: what settings do you have enabled?
If it’s user page: Do you have help topics to a department?
Optionally: you can try and re-upload the latest plugin files? (as the day of publishing it took 2 uploads before getting it 100% right, had a small svn issue).

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Post a reply gives blank pagehmm thats odd.
You guys both run osticket v1.10 (stable no beta) ?
if so i would wonder if you can de-activate and re-activate the plugin (but do note this will reset all your settings such as email templates, db settings and so on).Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Post a reply gives blank pageI would assume it can’t fetch the landing page in your case.
Can you verify the osT-Config –> Landing page Name: is set 100% correct with the ticket list page?
and that Osticket version is set to >= 1.9.14?As it should pretty much re-direct you back instead of a white page.

In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Adding v1.10 compatibility?Hello guys,
I finally finished testing and fixing up the last little bits for the release.
Tomorrow i will be pushing the new release for everyone to download (still have to do readme and images for WordPress plugin). It took much longer then expected, but i assume everyone will be happy with the progress we made ??
