The ZIP you downloaded represents the entire plugin. Therefore, you can just log into your WordPress admin pages, navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
Select the ZIP file you downloaded.

No, I posted a message in a couple other threads with a link to my page providing TEMP fixes for both old and new versions of your plugin including fixing the “all day” issue.
Phil is aware of this code.
Thanks Nick. I contributed code for the patch and sent additional information regarding a bug in your 2.1.0 where all day events are not handled.
@lisa thirdside – I have a patch you can try. Check out the following page for instructions and code for both versions ( old and new ) of the plugin.
kstandly – Thank you for the extra information regarding Google Console.
elspanko – Glad it worked for you.
I have also released a TEMP update for 2.0 that you can obtain at the same link listed at the top of this thread.
Phil Derksen – Please take and use the code if you find it at all helpful.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] GCal API update on Nov 17@spingthistle – Are you using a version of the plugin that has an inc/gce-feed.php file? It only works if you have that specific file.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] GCal API update on Nov 17This is not a well tested fix and it is only meant to serve as a temp fix and should be replaced with the author’s fix as soon as it is available.
However, if you have FTP access to your site ( sorry, no way to patch this through WordPress ), you can go to the following link to read how we fixed this issue for now.
To the author’s of this plugin, feel free to use the code if you find it helpful. We only patched the gce-feed.php file so it was transparent to everything else.

In reply to: Can't Post After 3.5.2 Upgrade (ModSecurity Problem)I have run into the same problem. I have spent several hours on the phone with GoDaddy as well and got the same answer last Thursday, “We have escalated this to Advanced Technical Support.”
Not only does this shut down access to WP admin, but it also shuts down access to several other non-WP applications that have /login or other similar URL Profiles.
This morning I was blocked again. I have requested a move to their new cloud hosting in hopes this will correct the problem. At present, our hosting solution is on the legacy platform.
