In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Unable to update a calendar eventOn another look, it appears to be a Safari problem. I am still unable to update using Safari. However, using Firefox, there is no problem. So now the question is why? Is it some new Safari setting? It is likely on my end. I will report back once I figure it out.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Unable to update a calendar eventThanks Joe. So I have our Hosting Service that moved our virtual server also working on a parallel problem involving a path/URL problem for a different product. I wonder if they fixed that during this same time frame and it corrected this problem as well?
Thanks for looking.
Strange timing perhaps.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Unable to update a calendar eventSo I can edit just fine. But I am unable to press the Update Button and get any results. For example. I want to add Learning Box to the Category in the edit and then Press Update. Or simply add new text and press Update. I can’t get that to work.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Unable to update a calendar eventMore info: We moved virtual servers since that event. Could there be a behind the scenes path or url conflict maybe?

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Unable to update a calendar eventSadly, there are no errors of any kind. Pressing the update button is simply futile. You actually still have admin access on our site from a long time ago if that helps. I’m trying to update event ID 131 specifically.

In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Unable to update a calendar eventThis appears to be true for events prior to the update. ie. I was able to update an event just added. But not an older event from a few weeks ago.
Thanks! Looking forward to it. This will be extremely useful!
Thanks for this information! I have been baffled recently when things started breaking in inexplicable ways. I keep watching and hoping for updates but none ever come. Sadly I heavily used many structural blocks that will need to be replaced. I did love the original design ideas but if there will be no reliable support, then this was a really really bad idea.
Thanks again for this information. Time to roll up my sleeves and start replacing. The days of waiting and hoping are over for me.
Thanks for fixing this. It is working now.
Hello, I have some additional information that might help.
When I look at the rendered code on desktop with the menu collapsed I see: <svg class=”icon icon-menu” aria-hidden=”true” role=”img”> <use xlink:href=”https://cocenter.org/wp-content/themes/evolve/assets/images/icons.svg#icon-menu”></use> </svg>
The problem is that in mobile, the screen reader is not seeing the SVG CLASS ICON at all. The screen reader needs an actual control to be able to open. This was working before the recent update to the theme. However, now there is no way to reach the icon menu in mobile or expand it when using a screen reader. But, once expanded things do work with the screen reader as expected.
This is a huge concern since most of our users are blind and rely on access to our site functions especially the menu via screen reader.
Yes we are running the latest. We keep it updated with every new release.
