I did as you suggested; deactivated all the plugins and tested with twenty seventeen theme. I found that the existing posts did not show any comment section even after going to the screen options, select discussion and check allow comment. However, when I created a new post with the above selected, it works.
Apparently, none of the existing posts show the comment section but the new one does.

thank you. The website is https://www.hemoncessentials.com. Here are temp user name (MichaelT) and password (Oncology1). Please select menu item “Treatment” and submenu item “Immune Reaction Test”. It will display the page that has Immune reactions menu and submenu.
I basically used the code from w3school example. except modifying it to use- . Here is their page.

It looks like Yoast is not compatible with certain themes.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] CleanTalk not helpingIn fact, the problem is the cleantalk plugin is no longer there. I couldn’t find it in the settings and I couldn’t find it in the installed plugins.
When I tried to download and reinstall, it wouldn’t let me reinstall stating that “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”.
