I work at (mt), and am glad to see that you are at least considering us. In the past, we’ve had our fair share of problems with slowness and downtime. We have finally begun to hit our stride, though, as we’ve seen a ton of improvement after learning from our mistakes. We still do not promise 100% uptime, but we’re doing our best to try and keep it there for you every day.

If customers usually have issues, they come straight to us for assistance. There is a decent amount of (mt) mentions here, but we urge our customers to come directly to us if they have any problems. Along with that, you can go to something like webhostingtalk.com for more reviews on us and other hosts.

Thanks for the feedback on this. We actually support both platforms on our shared service and our VPS. When it comes to our VPS, though, we run into a lot of issues where we are dealing with custom configurations. Dealing with customer configs is a very trick thing, as you want to fix the issue but you don’t want to break anything at the same time. That is why we have our scope of support in place.

For the most part, we’re pretty helpful with just about everything. Even though we help our customers on the (dv), our full scope of support for WordPress lies within our shared service. Hope that helps a bit, please let me know if you have any other questions.

Sorry to see you’re having issues. You should be able to follow this (mt) Wiki to get yourself started on setting things up. You mentioned root access on the (gs), which we don’t provide. I’m not sure if you’re on the (dv) or (gs), so I just provided the link to (gs) set up below hoping it would help.

Sorry to see you are having problems with the (gs) Grid-Service. Even though we don’t support third party applications, I did find some extra information on others having the same problem.

Therefore, I decided to do a little added research on the issue to help out. From what it seems, Headway and WordPress are having a few problems working together.
