The issue seems fixed with the configuration change Honda-san suggested.
The issue should be fixed with the port to the latest Windows Azure SDK for PHP.
This seems to be working correctly in the latest version of the plugin
This should be fixed in the new version of the plugin. It was a compatibility issue with the old version of the Windows Azure SDK for PHP.
