Hello, Mine was working for a long time and now all of a sudden the play list will not show. The play button will show and you can press play but you can not see the playlist to skip thru songs please help! starcitymusicnotes.com is the site.

the site is starcitymusicnotes.com but I deleted the plugin! I have to find something ASAP that works consistantly because of the nature of the site. it was a really nice plugin while it worked!

also it appears file are uploading ok from computer and not from mobile devices.

Also when I receive the email it is sent as if the email is sent from my name even if im not the one who sent it. How do I get the email to show up as who it is actually from?
