How do I do this in another theme please?

Can someone please tell me where this code goes. It seems like, much of the time, that when I find a solution for one of my problems it’s always in “code” form with no explanation for non-programmer dummies like myself. So there ends up having to be extra posts that are unnecessary.

I decided to check my gallery folder inside my theme and there is a folder called “thumbnails”. The thumbnail was never created.

If you can click on your thumbnail space (where it is supposed to be) and it goes to your larger picture than it’s because nextgen never created a thumbnail. I am going to find out why. I think it has to do with that path that is chosen in the setting or something.

Please do some searching. If you get an answer before me please post it here.

I followed your instructions for ‘Sub-Menus’ but it didn’t work. I added a page called TEST under News in the Parent drop-down menu. However, instead of becoming a sub-menu it ended up being a ‘normal’ navmenu item.

Do you know why that might be please??

I just figured out ONE of the ways to resolve:

1) dozens of pages in the menu issue with a snippit of code:

‘<?php wp_list_pages(‘title_li=&depth=4&sort_column=menu_order&exclude=PAGE IDs’); ?>’

But still cannot resolve the following:

Issues 2.and 3.

I figured out ONE of the problems myself. I had the ARTISTS-2 page set to ‘private’ so it wouldn’t show up in the navmenu. SO…when I was logged in it would show up in Chrome (the browser I was using) but in FF or IE it would not show up (the browsers I was not using; and was not logged in with).

HOWEVER…I still have the big “+” sign showing up in FF and IE but not Chrome and I don’t know how to publish the ARTISTS pages WITHOUT them showing up in the navmenu.

1) How does a person create dozens and dozens of pages and NOT have them show up in the navmenu???
2) How do you create submenus???
3) How do I get rid of the + sign showing up in FF and IE browsers up in the left-hand side of the RED Graphic on the very top of the page.

Thank you. I’ll give that a try.

I figured out the SPACING by editing the HEIGHT in the style.css

but still don’t know how to “flip-flop” the navmenu and header.

Can you please tell me how I can add some space between the “header” and the “navmenu”? as you can see the header is pushed up against the navmenu.

Also I am thinking the navmenu needs to be BELOW the header. Anyway I can do that? and again whenever I need to add SPACE between two items what is the best and correct way to do that please?
