Display Blog post on standard html/php website on LAN but different servers

Alright like the long title says, in our local network we have server A with a wordpress news page on it, and then server B with a different website on it. The site on server B used to do all of the news so I thought I could just pull the posts from wordpress on server A so none of the employees can say “They didnt see something”. So long story short can this be accomplished and if so how. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
