Thanks for the response Yogesh! Actually I am not that good at coding. I bought this theme and unfortunately there is no customer support available.
The button URL shows some kind of dynamic redirect consisting of ‘post name’ + some dynamic code to get to the original URL I added in this button. Not able to find in the coding where this change in code is happening.
