Our development team is looking into this, and we will be in touch as soon as we can.

This one seems to be an issue with eBay or our Developer Account with them. We are working on trying to get this sorted out ASAP.

    We’ll keep you posted.

    Hi @contradoaudio,

This #94 error occurs when you list a product to eBay with a listing profile assigned to account X let’s call it for example.

You then change the account X in the listing profile to account Y and try to list or update the listing again. You cannot switch an existing listing from one eBay account to another, or else this #94 error will be thrown as the listing was listed to a different eBay account initially.

If you want to be able to list the same WC product to multiple marketplaces you should follow this guide:

If you are trying to list products to multiple eBay stores/sites this can be done with WP-Lister. When you use our WP-Lister plugins, you have to make an account that connects to your eBay account. You will need to make an account for each site you want to connect to. So within the eBay plugin you would need an account for eBay (X) and another account for eBay (Y) etc. If you have 2 eBay stores, each store would need it’s own account. You can visit WP-Lister > Settings > Account, add a new account connect it to eBay, and request a token, the same way you did with the first account you created. Only this time, it will connect to another eBay account/site.

Once you have multiple (more than 1) accounts, when you visit a listing profile, you will see on the right hand side, radio buttons to select different accounts. Each account connects to a different store/site. So you can use this account selection to connect the profile with a specific account/site. Note, you will need one listing profile for each marketplace. Don’t change your current listing profiles “Account” selection. Instead duplicate the profile or create a new one, change the account in the duplicated profile, make any other changes necessary, then list the items to eBay with the new listing profile again by using the “List on eBay” bulk action option on the products page of Woocommerce. When you list products with that listing profile, it will list to whatever account you have selected in the listing profile.

If you want to end this listing and re-list it, simply use the “End listings” bulk action option or mouse over the listing and click “End Listing” on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister. You then can list the item to whatever eBay account you wish that is set in the listing profile.

If it still throws this #94 error you should use the bulk action options “Reset ended items” setting to reset the listing, you then should be able to list it again to eBay.

If you simply want to fix this listing so the #94 error clears, you would need to set the account in the “Accounts” section of the listing profile back to the original account that was used to create the listing. Then relist the listing and it should work.

    Hi @aleksandreeu,

I apologize for the late reply.

First I would like to mention that warnings won’t stop you from listing, only errors will.

Usually eBay provides further details about why the listing cannot be listed or modified in that #240 error. Try visiting the edit product page in WooCommerce, the entire error should be reported there or you need to reach out to eBay seller support and demand they provide more information on why are you receiving this type of error.

    Hi @wilsonleong0816,

You can either create a shipping policy on eBay, then refresh your account details by clicking the “refresh details” link on the “accounts” page of WP-Lister, then select that shipping policy in the “Shipping Policy” field of the listing profile.

Or you can also simply use the shipping options in the listing profile to state which country you ship to, then assign that listing profile to all the products you wish to set this shipping locations.

    Hi @wilsonleong0816,

That error means that whatever shipping type (flat rate, calculated, etc) you have setup in WP-Lister or in your shipping policy, it is not allowed to be used on the eBay marketplace you are listing to. So you should change the shipping type to an approved shipping method for the marketplace you are listing to.

    Hi @kbc-unlimited,

Yes, the option to enable “Best Offer” can be found in WP-Lister > Profiles, but this feature is only available in the Pro version of the plugin.

    Hi @deanjl,

I’m sorry but no, WP-Lister doesn’t have that kind of feature.

No one has asked for this before and we don’t have the resources to implement every single feature request, but you can open a feature request here: https://www.wplab.com/feature-requests/ and if enough people vote on it we can look further into it.

    Hi @deanjl,

You can prevent the product from showing up on your website by setting its “Visibility” to “hidden” in WooCommerce.

In the top right hand corner of the edit product page you should see: Catalog visibility

You will want to click Edit then select Hidden and that product will not show up on Woocommerce, but will still exist and allow you to make changes that will change on eBay etc.

    Hi @ann010,

Happy to hear the error is now resolved.

Yes, the “Currency” set on your listing Profile should match with the currency of the eBay site you’ve linked WP-Lister with.

For example if you have connected your WooCommerce site with eBay US, the “Currency” on your listing Profile must be set to USD.

    Hi @ozni,

Thank you for the kind words.

If you’ve decided to stop using WP-Lister you can completely remove listings and settings from your site by doing this:

Visit WP-Lister page -> Settings -> Advanced and enable the Uninstall on deactivation option. This will remove all listings, orders and settings when deactivating the plugin.

To remove your listing templates as well, please delete the folder /wp-content/uploads/wp-lister/templates/.

    Kind regards,
