    Hi @akshum12 ,

This error can be thrown if you don’t provide the right package type. Wherever you are setting your shipping options (listing profile, shipping policy, edit product page) make sure you have set the package type to parcel or package.

If it is set to letter or something else, then the weights are of course too heavy for a “letter”. If you do have “package” or “parcel” set as the package type, then please make sure the unit weight in WC is set to the same unit as the eBay site you are listing to and make sure it is at least 1 ounce or more in weight.

Note that if you use a shipping policy that will over ride all shipping settings in WP-Lister and the edit product page settings will always over ride the listing profile settings: Listing profile vs edit product page

One thing to check as well is if you are putting the correct value for UPC, make sure that it is not SKU.

    Hi @itsmefti ,

First, I would like to mention that warnings won’t stop you from listing, only errors will.

This: Error: Item condition required (#21916884)

This means you need to provide a value for the “Condition” either in the listing profile or edit product page of the eBay options settings in the edit product page of Woocommerce.

In order for a condition to show you must select a primary eBay category in the listing profile first. Each category on eBay allows for different conditions. So without selecting what category you are listing to, WP-Lister cannot provide the conditions that are available for use.

If that does not work, click the “Refresh details” link on the accounts page of WP-Lister, and then try again.

This: “Warning: Return Policy input not applicable. (#21916711)
The Return Policy field Refund in the input has been ignored.

This looks like eBay is complaining that the value for the “Refund” field is not valid in your return policy.
If the value is valid, you may want to reach out to eBay seller support regarding this.

I say this because eBay has different rules for each marketplace, they even appear to have different rules for each category. So when you receive an error like this regarding a policy (where the actual options are only displayed directly on eBay and not shown in WP-Lister) your best bet is to speak with eBay and have them look at the policy in question.

Then update the policy directly on eBay. After that click the “refresh details” link on then “Accounts” page of WP-Lister. Then try revising the changed listings on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister again.

Or you could try removing all values except required ones, then go through the process directly mentioned above to update WP-Lister by refreshing the details, and try again, then add options back 1 by 1 while refreshing WP-Lister in between to find which specific option/value is causing this error from eBay.

A while back we received an email from eBay notifying us that they will be removing the 14 day return option and many users needed to change it to 30 days minimum. You should check the return policy on eBay for this. Some users needed to remove any text entered in the “Returns description” field as many eBay categories no longer allow the use of that field. Another user received this error because they did not provide any international returns settings in their return policy on eBay. Make sure you enable international returns in the policy on eBay, then click the “refresh details” link on the “accounts” page of WP-Lister and try again.

Lastly, I have seen this similar error before when a return policy became “corrupt” on eBay. The fix for that is to create a new return policy on eBay, after that click the “refresh details” link on the “accounts” page of WP-Lister and then select the new policy in the listing profile, and revise/publish the listings again.

With that said, you are receiving a warning which won’t stop you from listing, only errors will, as I previously mentioned.

Secondly, this warning specifically mentions the value for the “Refund” field, so I would try changing that in the return policy directly on eBay, refresh your account details on the accounts page of WP-Lister as explained above, then revise the listing(s) again.

This: Warning: Seller is not eligible to list a discounted item. (#21916970)
Seller is not eligible to list a discounted item.

I’m afraid there is nothing we can do about this – you have to contact eBay Seller Support and ask them what you can do to become eligible to use discount prices / strike-through pricing.

To use the strikethrough pricing, your account has to be approved by eBay. If you have not been approved to use the Strikethrough pricing feature, no matter what you set in WP-Lister, the Strikethrough feature will not work.

You have to ask eBay and it is up to eBay as to whether they approve you or not to use the strikethrough price which is also known as the “Discounted Price”.

You can enable/disable the strikethrough price in the listing profile of WP-Lister.

    Hi @itsmefti ,

I’m sorry for the delayed response.

I strongly recommend creating a new thread for any new topic or question you have in the future. Your follow-up question was missed because this thread was already marked as “resolved.”

Regarding your question, were you referring to when an item goes “out of stock”?

The inventory sync of WP-Lister Pro is a background process that looks out for new sales on both WooCommerce eBay and automatically reduces the stock level quantity on the other platform. When the quantity reaches zero, the listing is ended or the product is marked as out of stock.

This is explained in detail here: How does the inventory sync work?

Additionally, this documentation might be useful: How to enable Out of Stock Control?

    Hi @aromeroro ,

2.8.1 is very old. Please see here the latest version of the plugin: https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister-for-ebay/changelog/

You may also please check the logs to see if you can find the source of the HTTP 500 error.
This might also help: Blank Page / HTTP Error 500 / Internal Server Error

    Hi @shubol ,

You were the first to ask us about this, so we can’t say for sure if it will work or not. However, you can try using Gelato with the WP-Lister plugin to see if it works. If you encounter any issues, please let us know, and we’ll consult our developer to find a solution.

You are also welcome to submit a feature request on our site here: https://www.wplab.com/feature-requests/

    Hi @ofermania ,

Sounds like the database tables for WP-Lister had been deleted at some point on your site.

I suggest you start with a fresh install. Please enable the “Uninstall on deactivation” setting on the advanced settings page of WP-Lister. After that, deactivate the plugin, then uninstall the plugin.

After that, install the plugin again, then activate it, that should fix this for you.

This process will remove all database tables and data regarding WP-Lister from your site, then re-installing will trigger WP-Lister to recreate the database tables again.

    Hi @gcbrowne,

The lite version of the plugin doesn’t really have the “Synchronize sales” feature.

If you are using the Pro version of WP-Lister and you are experiencing eBay sales sync problems, please send us support ticket here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ so we can investigate further.

    Hi @pyepyepye09,

You can only upload more than 1 image to eBay with Pro. The lite version can only upload the main image to eBay. You have to use the “Upload to EPS” setting to send additional WC images to eBay’s gallery and that setting is only available in Pro.

Enable that setting in each listing profile of WP-Lister, then revise all of the “Changed” listings on the listings page of WP-Lister.

    Hi @palrikar,

Please try refetching your token from eBay.

But first make sure you are on the latest version of WP-Lister for eBay which is version 3.5.9 – Changelog

After that, please browse to the accounts page of WP-Lister’s settings, mouse over the account, click “Edit”.

Then click the blue “Connect with eBay” button and login to your eBay account and follow the instructions.

    Then try again.

If that still fails to work, please delete the eBay authorization on eBay and try following the instructions above again.

To delete the authorization on eBay:

Browse to your account settings on eBay, select the “Sign in and security” section, then select “third party authorizations”. Delete WP-Lister, then reconnect your token in WP-Lister again, see if that fixes this.

    Kind regards,
