That’s good we didn’t use the permissions. Plus it appears this is only relevant going forward, not for past deployments.
Thank you!I wanted to update this post to say I ended up using the “wpum_disable_emails” php file and modifying it to apply only to the registration email.
Unfortunately it sends the registration email but it is blank except for my email header and footer. So the email is not disabled.
I use two email plugins: “WP Mail SMTP” to send via Microsoft 365 and “WP HTML Mail – Email Template Designer” to style the emails.
Most of my emails from WordPress have been working fine – I have done many successful registration tests.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
It works now thank you for your help. The previous version of the trigger had “0” as a value in the settings though others had longer number string. Some glitch at set up.
Yes I am trying a new sheet. I will update this after more tests. Thank you.
I did not pin a row – so that is likely not the reason it’s not working.
I can just paste the current plugins here.
By the way the only other email related plugin is that I am using email customization plugins in my testing. the current one is “WP HTML Mail” which allows for nicely designed emails.
Here’s the list anyway.

In reply to: [WP Approve User] Approval email comes from “WordPress” – not my site nameThank you Konstantin, I will look at it.
I would like to update my comment about pricing tiers. My preference would be for the developers to use the same pricing as used for plugin like Advanced Custom fields – as seen here: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/pro/
Hi Tom. You are right. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I had missed that dropdown choice to use “Custom.” I edited a php footer file in a child theme instead.
I have given up on Twenty Twenty One for the moment because working with Kadence theme is more ideal.
And to be clear I’m not talking about simply renaming the page. That is easy. I’m talking about editing the on page items throughout that are labelled “Edit Account.”
I understand this would require editing css or php?
Thank you very much.
Hi Patrik. Sorry I think you have misunderstood.
As my post states I want to change the 3 or so locations where your plugin says “Edit Account” – to read “Edit Profile.”
That’s probably clearer right? I don’t know what would be required to edit this in multiple places.
Basically I am going to use a membership app like Paid Memberships Pro – this app truly handles features that on a community site could be called “Account.” UsersWP app is really more of a profile and profile directory app. Hence I could use both apps if your app simply said ” Edit Profile” and not “Edit Account.”
Thank you
I have this issue too. No content displays under tabs except for posts created by user.
That is a wonderful idea. Good luck and keep up the good work.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Where did this come from?It turns out that LiteSpeed Cache software is very good but I still don’t like that they added it to my sites without any notification.
Thank you Yani
