In the past, I made the same request for another sidebar plugin, and the author simply provided me with a css code to avoid this lag.

I contacted the author of the cache plugin to see if there was a way to fix this problem. It seems unlikely to me that your plugin and the countdown timer is not compatible with caching, considering the number of wordpress users who use a caching plugin to improve their performance and offload their servers.
