Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSEOne more question Steve – my wordpress installation has multi-site enabled and has about a dozen multi-sites with the sub-folder option enabled. Will the health check plugin still work properly in this environment?

In reply to: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSEThank you Steve – I will give that a try. Any other settings or tweaks I should check while I am at it?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSEI was reading up on the error message and people have posted different things that fixed their issue. I was trying to rule them out one at a time. I couldn’t find the limit login on my site and I figured it could be a plugin – we don’t have the plugin for sure, however I wanted to confirm by asking for help here.
What other areas I can investigate or check?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSEI don’t have any plugin. This site has been running great for a while now. For the past 3 or 4 months I am seeing the ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE page not working or didn’t send any data while browsing or making edits or saving them.
Tried Chrome, FireFox and other browsers. So I know it’s not a Chrome problem. This site is in a corporate environment, hosted on a VM.
Admin Users are saying they didn’t make any changes to plugins or didn’t update WordPress. Other IT Staff is also saying that didn’t make any changes to VM or to OS or to network configuration.
I know something got changed somewhere (not on purpose) and I am trying to get to the bottom of it, that way I can see what fixes it and then worry about who did it and educate them from this experience.
Thank you for your help in advance!!
hello webatar1
Where did you go to disable the limit login attempts?
Thanks
