Popup options > popup showing count > enter 1
popup showing expiry > enter 1

Hi. I had already tried this as I found this solution on another post.

It didn’t make any difference.

However, this is what PopupBuilder developers have said :

We have checked the screenshots and seems you have inserted the wromg shortcode.

Here is how it needs to look like:

[sg_popup id=”27″ event=”onLoad”][/sg_popup] – OnLoad popup

[sg_popup id=”27″ event=”click”]Click Me[/sg_popup] – OnClick Popup

where the Id=27 – is you popup ID

Which worked.

So maybe they have changed how their popup works?
