Is there any way we can escalate this problem, maybe even if just to get it looked at so they can call us idiots, that would be fine by me, I’ll take the heat for being stupid if it’s in fact something overlooked. hehe

This is really harsh because I’ve been having the EXACT same problem as alexleonard has been having and no matter where I look I cannot find a resolve. The worst problem is that this issue is causing me to do less blogging and making it increasingly difficult to keep my readers and traffic active.

Any wordpress devs or gurus please advise on this thread/issue, we’re a very desperate kind here. ??

Next time don’t make it sound like the software was programmed to do that. My authors have no problem switching back and forth, they have a problem once they try to preview, publish or set pending approval.

figaro: Untrue. I embed, switch back and add text, add thumbnails, everything. Embedding is the first thing I do. I do it and it works everytime, for me. These other users, not so much.
