I have stopped using contactform 7 and switched to wpforms for now, so the test will not work anymore since I’m deinstalling the plugins.

Do you notice the ver=3.0 at the end? Some how it seems like version 3 is still active. Do I need to switch it off somewhere?

I tried that. it didn’t work and somehow I managed with troubleshooter by opening it on two browsers on different logins to disable the plugins in real life, causing my site to look bad for a while.
But I got it back running.

I found the issue by the way. I’ve had been running wp-rocket, but uninstalled it again. However the cache folder wasn’t deleted like it should on uninstalling. Their helpdesk helped me solve the problem telling me what to delete.

So what happens if I delete the unconnected images from my library?
And what happens if I optimize images in the library for speed? Do I need to optimize another folder too to include the photos used in the gallery?

I’m not to bright with these techniques. I usually just install a plugin and it has to work. Now since I’ve been optimizing (and hired a firm to do so) my WP website to speed it up a bid, I yesterday noticed that is all of a sudden was slower after moving to recaptcha 3.

Now, I understand the link I just shared could be a solution. However, I’ve no idea how to implement it. Since, like I’ve said, I normally just install a plugin and that’s it.

Now my question is: Can the plugin solve this, or can somebody walk me through where to add all this code ??
