SOLVED
Made an account just to share my findings. This is an issue with the theme not BeaverBuilder. I purchased StockHolm from Themeforest and was unable to use any text editing module other than the heading module as of 09.21.16.
Stockholm and similar themes are using an outdated version of JQuery UI and needs to be updated to resolve this issue. Updating this solve all my BB issues with this theme.
You need to replace the minimized version of JQuery UI with the newer minimized version within the Plugins.js file.
