It was conflicting with “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce”. Have turned that off and your plugin seems to be working now. Over 100,000 people use that plugin though, so you may wish to see if you can make yours work with it.
Anyway, thanks for your help, I will mark as resolved.
I’m thinking it is a plugin conflict. Have disabled all other plugins and now it appears to have captured my email. Hasn’t sent me the email template though and it has been over an hour. Mind you, I did the cron settings it showed at the bottom of the screenshot, so maybe I shouldn’t have done that?
Hi @julianvu
There is no way of attaching anything on this forum, so please go to https://hqmissioncontrol.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Abandoned-cart-settings.jpg
to see the screenshot.
Thank you.Doesn’t anyone monitor this support site? I have seen many issues, similar to this one, all with no replies and left unresolved.
I am having the same problem. When I update a product it makes no change whatsoever to Facebook and I can’t find a manual option to sync it.
Anybody out there?
Hi @decomteam
I have already come up with a work-around for me, but I thought it important for you to know that your variations feature does not work correctly. It doesn’t work for buy one get one free either. To be honest, I thought my request WAS simple and not complicated at all. I wanted to offer a less expensive gift for the cheapest variation of a product and a better gift for a dearer variation.Looking at your replies to most support queries on this plugin, you seem intent on coming up with excuses not to fix the issues raised, rather than actually deal with them. Just because this plugin is free does not mean you shouldn’t make it the best it can be within the confines of the features on offer. When people love your plugin, especially because it is free, they are more likely to buy other services from you. Seeing little to no support on the free plugin will not help sell your other services, nor will users recommend you to others.
Hi @stuartduff
Yes, I have since figured out that the responsive setting uses whatever PayPal themselves have set as buttons and they only allow you to turn off credit cards altogether, not select which ones you prefer to have showing. Very silly, considering not all credit card types are available in every country.I ended up setting it to use normal buttons and then added a code to my functions.php file to replace the default PayPal button with my own version.
Thank you for replying however. ??
I figured out the problem! It was a conflict with the “WooCommerce Better Usability” plugin. WooCommerce Better Usability was set to auto-update the cart when people add products to it, which was preventing your plugin from displaying the “Select Gift” button, so the only thing left for visitors to do was to click the image instead. Everything working again.
Hi @julianvu,
Sorry but this didn’t work, regardless of px value.
I have changed my floating cart and am now running Free shipping bar at the bottom. However, it still covers part of the Sales Notification pop up, (the one also made by you). Thanks, all working now, well done.

In reply to: [WP Bannerize Pro] Conflict with Woocommerce shipping optionsHi @gfazioli
We have since changed settings in the Woocommerce shipping zone, to not specify states that we sell to, and the shipping costs are working again; so more likely a Woocommerce issue, than Bannerize. Still need a way of stopping certain states from buying from us though, which is what we hoped Bannerize would help with.We need every page to display a Banner to any visitors from states we don’t sell to. I tried running just the shortcode inside a Header Snippit, but keep seeing the code flash on the screen when the page first loads and we aren’t getting any statistics coming through, so don’t think it is working. Then I tried the full code and saw the whole code flash on screen during page load, so took it down.
Am I doing something wrong?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Geolocate not workingHi @dynamiczach
The status for Maxmind is green. We don’t have caching setup, although Jetpack may be doing some kind of caching, for the lazy loading of images. I tried changing Default customer location to “Geolocate with page caching support” but it didn’t seem to make any difference either; or does that take time to work?Update: The shipping zone I have set has specific states only, as there are some states we cannot sell cactus to. When I set up a test zone, without any set states, the cart shows shipping costs, as expected (and as it used to), so the issue appears to be to do with geolocation, i.e. Woocommerce is not identifying that the buyer is in the correct state, so it asks for the address as to know whether to show the shipping rates or not. I have tried changing default customer location to geolocate, and now it works on my mobile but not desktop. Different desktop browsers make no difference either.
Hi @amandasjackson and thank you for your reply but I had already checked for both of these and the issue remains. I have also deactivated every other plugin, to no effect. I have just tried rolling back Woocommerce to the previous version and PHP to 7.0.33, but still no good. Should I roll them both back even further?
Everything works whilst I am logged in as Admin, but not when logged out.
For anyone following this issue, I ended up figuring out what was causing the problem, it was the order in which the updates were applied. I was originally updating WooCommerce first and then PayPal Express, but the new version of WooCommerce somehow saw the old version of PayPal Express as being a duplicate and was thus disabling it. When I finally decided to try updating PayPal Express first, WooCommerce stopped seeing a duplicated installation and I was then able to update it as well, without any further issue.
My thanks to the support team for being so patient with me, when all of their attempts to duplicate the problem did not cause any issues on their test site.Thank you. Your support page only allows one file to be uploaded at a time and you are going to need both the Divi Theme and the Divi Builder Plugin to be able to set up the Shop Module.
Therefore I have just posted two support tickets, 4542 and 4543, so as to be able to upload both files.
I also included some necessary instructions, to get you started. To actually add the shop module on a page watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dd79emGBBJY
Thank you, Bryan
