We’re glad you like our pricing structure! However, I’d like to speak to a few of your points in your review as they simply aren’t correct.
Our Privacy Policy & Terms of Service very clearly lay out our privacy policies as well as how we comply with GDPR requests. They also repeatedly spell out down to the county level where we are headquartered, which is Bradley County, Tennessee, USA.
It’s true that we don’t routinely monitor this support forum as we believe that our ticket system allows us to provide faster, better, and more customer-friendly service for our service. I’m sorry that you missed our public support channel, which can be accessed through the main menu of our website by clicking support. But we do provide excellent support for customers and non-customers alike.

I’d be happy to help clear some of this up.Asked for my card and charged me USD $1 before i can use it to send mail out.
We did indeed ask you to pay for the SendWP. SendWP is a paid service as specified in the plugins FAQ’s and on our website.
My SendWP dashboard only includes ‘Account’, ‘Billing’, ‘Logout’. no tab for support. Their plugin settings page also do not include a link to support. I had to read through the wordpress forums in order to find their support URL.
Our support page is listed in the main navigation of our website (https://sendwp.com). Thank you for bringing it to our attention that our plugin support link was incorrect. We released an updated version of the plugin that corrected this earlier today! We also updated the header navigation of our application to show the link to the support page. This was definitely an improvement and one we were happy to make!
After changing my server and reconnecting to their service ( take note, you have to refresh multiple times in order to successfully reconnect ) they charged me USD $9 this time.
We agree that having to reach out to support to transfer your subscription from one domain to another isn’t great! Which is why we’re in the process of improving this. But that update is not quite done yet. As an aside, you were charged $9 the second time because our “First month for a dollar” only applies to your first domain and since the issue with your web host caused your registration to register under two different domains, you were charged for a second at full price.
Never mind, I take it as I donate USD $10 to them. did not even offer to refund my unused portion when I decide to cancel.
We’ve already provided you with a full refund. Depending on your card issuer, it can take 2-7 business days to show back up on your card.
Right now i’m using Send Mail SMTP (which works with a multitude of email gateways) combined with MailGun
