There is a trend here. The plugin rates wrong and the solution is buy the Pro version. If the free version is a trial to show the module and not give correct rates is show say so.
Why would I pay for the Pro version when the free version can’t do basic rating correctly. I’m interested in the Pro version but not until the basic version works right.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Subscription] recurring payment emailThat is not what is happening. I just had a number of subscriptions renew in the last couple of days. Each one created the next renewal order on the same day and put it on hold. Neither order on hold or the renewal that just happened have any customer information other than an email address. The email notification to the site admin when the renewal is processed does not have any customer information other than an email. The customer information is in the system. I would happily buy the paid version of this is I thought it would work correctly. I am happy to provide screen shots if necessary.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Subscription] Can’t buy subscription via PaypalI’m on WP 5.0.2 and woo 3.5.3. My subscriptions are working with Pay Pal Standard. I have the subscriptions set for a price, 1 month, no expiration, checked subscription and checked virtual. Don’t know if that helps or not.

The subscription reorders/renew that get created have no customer information which makes them very hard to track. Each time a renew happens a new order is created and is put on hold. With no customer information on these they will be very hard to track.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Subscription] recurring payment emailWhen the order is made and created in the woocommerce it creates a subscription order that is on hold. This order does not have any customer information in it except an email address. When a monthly renewal happens that subscription order is released. This sends admin an order notification and creates another subscription order for the next month. That new subscription order does not have any customer information on it either. I think the problem is that the subscription order doesn’t have the customer information on it. If that is solved it should tale care if it.

In reply to: [Multi-Carrier Shipping Plugin for WooCommerce] No Shipping Module foundI reviewed your instructions and set up the rules. I still get the same message and no debug. Below is a screen shot of the rules.

In reply to: [Multi-Carrier Shipping Plugin for WooCommerce] No Shipping Module foundI am including links the the screen shots below. I have removed the rules. I can put them back if need be.
The debug is on but nothing shows but the “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” message.
The module is enabled.
Thanks for help.

https://www.tapouttuning.com/articles/mc-shipper-settings.jpgI gave up on this plug in and found one that actually works. Events Manager. Good documentation and support also.
This bug is back. I require only 1 day classes and it won’t let me make that. Also the settings option to not show the form before a date is picked doesn’t work.
Thanks
