I’m not sure. I uploaded the newstars.png to my website via Media Library. The url for it is https://www.LowcountryValet.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/newstars.png

Where is that located and how do I add the png file?
I’m having the same problem! Even when a customer tries to review us they are unable because the stars doesnt show up.
Please help! I keep getting complaints about it and I’m losing valuable reviews!

Ok. a css file is a stylesheet file. I edited the plugin stylesheet as you said and it worked. Thank you for your help!!
I found the stylesheet but what do I do from there, Just copy and paste the above? I am still a novice, thank you in advance for the explaination. Below is all the is on the Stylesheet for my theme:
