my only concern is that if I make them again from scratch the same thing will happen, so if I can fix it now I can prevent it from happening in the future.

I followed the links and the instructions but Couldnt find the place for the code.

correct me if Im wrong but you are talking as if I was just geting started on the pages, but I already had them up and running (with content and links to other pages)
and from one day to the next I coudlnt even go into the live edit section because it would just show up blank.

I can only access quick edit. on the pages.

My one of my opt-in are also not working (just blank when you go to live edit) but the other opt-in works and a free video page works too
