In reply to: Blank page after editing "Theme Functions (functions.php)"Thanks Ronangelo,
The hosting account belongs to another and they are unable to grant me access.
Regarding how I was able to copy into the site; I am still able to reload the previous and last page I edited, in this case functions.php, by using the back button. Any other action I perform results in a blank page however, the back button is able to return me to the previous page i.e. function.php

In reply to: Blank page after editing "Theme Functions (functions.php)"Hi again,
I do not have access to the hosting and thus cannot use this method.
I installed this theme into another website I have and copied the file into this “defected” site but still the same issue. Any ideas please?

In reply to: Cannot simply find the page to log in to the back endThanks again.
The link you provided definitely opened my mind in the the area of the core role of cpanel. I followed the section titled “Changing the URL directly in the database” but still did not seem to get any result. My aim is to just get access back into the WP admin page but this seems non existent. In the phpmyadmin section, I altered the siteurl as well as the WP admin site (“name”) both to .com and starting with https://www.; This did not work so I added /wp-admin to the wp admin site (i.e. “name”) and this still did not work. Any ideas please? I’m clearly missing something. Thanks.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Cannot simply find the page to log in to the back endThanks Guys. One for you fonglh; I agree with you about making the adjustments through my host account. I’m a complete novice at these things and finding it a little difficult to locate the correct location to make the adjustment. I went into the phpmyadmin but wasn’t sure where else to navigate to. In phpmyadmin the available tabs are database, SQL, status, process, export, import, variables, chasets and engines. Any ideas what next please? Thanks again.

In reply to: Cannot simply find the page to log in to the back endWould you be referring to the WP data base or cPanel? If you are referring the WP database then it seems impossible as I cannot even find an option to log in at all
