I have disabled all plugins and deleted the theme and still have issues. My hosting provider hasn’t been any help. I guess I’ll have to reinstall it. Thanks.

We have another site, also through GoDaddy, and we don’t have these issues with it.

I looked on the wp-admin of the site and saw an option to check cache. I clicked it and it says “No known cache service has been detected on your site.”

I have a plugin installed called proxy cache purge. Could that be causing the conflict?

I logged in to my account and it says CDN is not yet enabled.

Yes, it is on GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting.

I am not using any cache plugins.

I contacted the host (GoDaddy) and they recommended I turn off our anti malware/spam plugins. That still doesn’t help. As a matter of fact, one of us is getting “wait 24 hours” to log in again. We have a second WordPress site through them and are having no issues with that site.

When this problem first started, I uninstalled WordFence.

We have a WordPress hosting plan, so we don’t have anything that gives us FTP access.

Sorry for replying to a solved thread. Which plugin was causing this issue with everyone? I am now having the same problem with all admin users. Our host is GoDaddy. Thanks.

For Shipping Zone, I have the U.S. as the only country to ship to. I do not anticipate selling anything outside of the country. That is why it’s strange it gives that warning when someone in the U.S. adds an item to their cart.

Under Shipping Class, I have a generic one made up, but I’m not really sure how that works. I feel this may be the problem area, but don’t know enough about it to know for sure.
