You’ve been of great help and super patient! Again, this is a bit new to me, but you hung in there. Thanks so much!
Hi Justin, you what. Although for reason I can’t see the actual Radio Buttons to know if I’ve selected the correct mode I’d like to operate in. As long as I click on that mode and then hit save. It then actually works. The problem the whole time was I couldn’t view what mode of operation your tool was working in. Wow! All this time and it’s working like a charm now. Thanks again! Great Plugin!
A donation done ?? I actually do and should have full Admin access. Here is an example

And last, how do I gain access to make those changes? Those radio buttons shown in your picture of how to add API etc or choose between Production, Development, Sandbox do not exist for me in WP.
Wow! Thanks for the drop box pic! That’s been my problem the whole while. Under the current user for WP I don’t have the rights to select between Production, Development, or Sandbox. This would have been resolved a long time ago! You really, really helped me. Justin, how can I donate to you? Can you submit a link here real quick?
Thanks Justin! Hummm, I guess my real challenge is in Littlebot I don’t know how to change the stages of testing that Plaid offers. Example; sandbox, development or production. I only pasted the code of [wp_stripe_plaid] on my WP page. I don’t see any other editable code to manipulate.
Bty, you’ve been extremely helpful I sure appreciate it!
Bty, I checked all API’s and they are copied exactly as indicated by the site. However, doesn’t mean I guess that the site (Plaid) provide me with working API’s.
Thank you so much yet again, Justin, for being so quick in your responses and helpful! I actually don’t have the production environment access but thought I was good with the development version for free 100 usages. Also, I am only trying to test at this point and wanted to just see the choice of banks before deciding if I wanted to purchase anything.
Took me a while, but these are the errors I found:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
production.plaid.com/link/client/get:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)
console.js:35 Error: Error retrieving info for public key. Make sure that the entered key is correct. Find your public key in your Dashboard (https://dashboard.plaid.com/account/keys). If the error persists, contact Support (https://dashboard.plaid.com/support/new). Request ID: 2FHw9BUJhrRP4z1
at client.js:99
e.(anonymous function) @ console.js:35
25cdn.plaid.com/institutions/search:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)This is a bit new to me, but I just found how to view the console for errors in the code. Thanks. Hopefully, I will figure this out. If not I may not bother you again due me not having enough experience coding. Thanks again for the quick reply.
Hi Justin,
I just installed your Pluggin and super excited about the potential. Currently after installing and putting the code on my page in WP. I don’t see the big bank “Institution Selections” after licking the “Select Bank Account” button. A window does pop up which displays “Select your bank” and has a search window. None of the actual default big banks show up. When I try to actually type any big bank name to search on, I instantly get a “Your search request failed. Please try again.” message. Example, if I begin typing “W” for Wells Fargo the message comes up. After the full bank name has been typed, the message still exists. I’m sure it’s something I’m missing, help, please.
