heheh… yeah rereading that question it was rather ambiguous..

Essentially the site is made up of Pages. Most of the site will remain static, however news and awards will be changed on a regular basis. What I’m looking to do is allow our marketing department to simply post a new news item and it appear in the correct locations (main page, Company News) and for the last of the three news items to then appear in archives (right hand side of Company News).

I hope this makes sense.

Essentially my second point is can i set the data in the content pane of the site to follow a particular format? I use templates to organise the site as a whole, but then how do I control the look of the content data placed in it?
