Hey, sorry for the late reply.

I have saved the perma links again to no avail.

When i go into the Settings to edit any kinds of email, this designer shows up. There is no “button” in the top right to choose templates.

When i try to edit one mail at a time and not the “whole” template, a designer shows up but no chance to choose templates.

This shows up when i go into the woocommerce tab:

“Deine installierten WooCommerce addons haben die e-mails die unten angeführt sind registriert. Diese e-mails k?nnen nicht mit unserem mailbuilder bearbeitet werden aber du kannst globale Einstellungen hinzufügen.”

Where there is literally only Woocommerce & German Market installed that could in someway interfere with the Email and their Templates.

Hey, i have done that – would you be so incredibly kind and have a look at it ?

Iam struggling and have to have this working for a client tomorrow, more like today in 10hrs :/

Hey, bought the Pro Version, problem still persists.

Thought it maybe was the Size of the PDF, changed it to standard A4 and it still adds a white border to the top.

Any suggestions ?

Double check because the picture size to be displayed is set to 267×400 inside that gallery grid, but you are right its being upscaled. I might need to select a different crop

They Pictures are cropped via the plugin, the Gallerys picture preview output is set to the same size / ratio and they display correctly, but the image quality is bad.

any way to improve it ?
