Try loading this URL and entering your WP login credentials. (You have to enter your site address between the brackets, and delete the brackets from the address as well. This usually solves the problem. Let me know how it goes.

Where is the exact beginning and ending should I comment out. Sorry but my php is not up to par to understand it too well. There are multiple if else statements and I can’t seem to figure out the exact ones.
