How did you find the actual database number to change in version.php?

I know which file to change, but I don’t know how to access my “real” db version so I can change the old/wrong one.

I’m getting the same redirect problem, and I can’t use any url with wp-admin in it, or it redirects to a 404. All the content is still there for viewers to see at https://www.mollysmusic.org/blog/ so I’m really hesitant about replacing files that could break the whole thing. I don’t have w3 cache, and I’ve already tried most of the plugins. What do?
