I figured this out. Under Settings>Email>

      From Address

was a different email address than the one that the

      WP-Mail-SMTP

plugin was configured with. I suppose Office 365 was not forwarding to our internal email addresses because it thought it was being spoofed?

    Anyway, it is working now!

odd thing, came in this morning to further troubleshoot and it is now working. I haven’t done anything to ANY plugins I have, so, cannot explain.

Marking this as resolved. (queue Twilight Zone theme music here)

Ok, I figured it out…and I hope this works for all our website visitors.

I went into the General tab and set Selling Locatons = Sell to specific countries only
For Specific Countries, I selected All which added all the countries of the world (at least I think it is all the countries of the world…it is a very large list)

I now do not receive the “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” message when selecting ANY country to ship to.

Here is what I have set in WooCommerce settings:
General tab – Selling Location(s)=Sell to all countries
    Shipping tab – Shipping Options>Shipping Methods=Free Shipping
In the Free Shipping I have Method Availability=All allowed Countries (NOTE: I assume this means all countries, unless there is another place to set that up I am not aware of)

Some background: we are a small clinical lab that sells our testing to the general public on our website if they choose to. WE must collect their shipping address so we can ship them the test kit they complete at home, then ship back the sample to our lab. Shipping is actually included in the price of the test, so we do not charge a separate shipping amount…not yet, anyway.

The header issue is resolved. I was trying to get my banner (logo) to work correctly. I changed it to be the logo instead of the header background. Bingo! Problem solved. Really appreciate your help. Kudos to a terrific theme. I have the WP Touch plugin installed but not activated. Seems the theme is working fine on my Android phone without it. I see the posts, then the right side-bar is at the bottom. Am fine with that. This may not be the case with more than one column configurations but works for me.

Again, thank you for a great theme!

UPDATE: a now see that I can scroll to bottom to see the sidebar from my Android phone. So, the only final issue I have is the header does not resize when accessing the blog from a mobile device…well, at least Android mobile devices I have.

    ronangelo,

please accept my sincere apology. I did not mean to place a support question in the reviews section.

I actually think this is one of the best themes available right now. It was very easy to configure just they way I needed. I have another question and will post on the support forum. Congrats on a very flexible theme.
