In reply to: [USPS Shipping for WooCommerce - Live Rates] Inaccurate Shipping RatesWell the oz refers to the weights. The 16oz should weigh 1 lb and the 2oz should weigh 0.125lb but the system charges 1 lb as less than 0.125lb. The number of pounds or ounces should affect the cart weight but it doesnt. So more more weight is costing less.

For example, it says that the 16oz body butter costs $3.75 to ship while the 2oz body butter costs $8.15. The zip code isnt the issue because even if I use the same zip code it still says that more costs less and less costs more.

In reply to: [Read More & Accordion] Strange code beneath buttonThanks for your response and help.
I cant write anything else because there has to be a form that shows up for people to give reviews. That is the shortcode for the form.I was able to remove the problem by using a different section design in the theme customizer. But the problem could still show up again in the future so I am concerned.
The website is now live. It is https://www.financialfutures1st.com

In reply to: [Read More & Accordion] Strange code beneath buttonI don’t get much flexibility to make changes to the settings. I only receive a shortcode which I place on the site along with the shortcode of the form I want people to fill. Below is the shortcode as I have it written:
[expander_maker id=”1″ more=”Read more” less=”Read less”] [site_reviews_form] [/expander_maker]It either shows up with a strange code beneath the button saying [/expander_maker”class=””> or it shows up without the code but people can’t fill the form because the text is white on a white background and they can’t see what they’re typing.

In reply to: [Read More & Accordion] Strange code beneath buttonSure, Thanks for reaching out. I don’t really have a URL because the page that is having the problem is a duplicate page that I am using to test the new functionality. A screenshot might be more helpful if that is possible.
But the website is https://www.financialfutures1st.com. At the bottom in the review section, there is sometimes a code that appears beneath the button that says [/expander_maker”class=””>
I have been trying to find out what is causing it or how I can remove it permanently. I was able to remove it by recreating the button in the Materialis pro customizer using a different CTA section format but it could still appear again in the future.
The button is created with a shortcode that opens up another shortcode that displays a form. Sometimes the button has even become inactive and it once caused other sections below it to disappear.
Thank you.
