thank you for your reply. The folders were already set to 755, but the images in the folder that the image is stored in are not, so i set them to 755 but it made no difference.

ok, i left it out of this post as i was not sure if that’s why other one got locked.

Do you happen to have google gears as an addon in your browser? if so try turning that off.
