Hi,

I check on a fresh install and issue is there aswell.
What i found is the following:

When giftcard is issued and used for the first time there is a weird behavior: The whole amount of the coupon/giftcard is deducted in the cart/checkout instead of the amount of the subtotal/total. When i adjust the amount manualy and the do another checkout with the same giftcard only the needed amount is deducted and the rest is still available as balance…

Example:

Giftcard of 100 EUR
Place order for 47,42 EUR, system deducts 100 EUR instead of 47,42 EUR
Giftcard balance should be 100 – 47,42 = 52,58 EUR but is now zero.

Manual adjustment of balance of the gitcard to 52,58 EUR
Place order for 17,50 EUR and system deducts 17,50 instead of 52,58 from order and adjust balance to 35,08 EUR.

So it looks like an issue with the behavior of the first order. As stated i have this with a fresh install and only woo/your plugin and theme storefront.

Not yet possible with WunderAutomation.. More users are asking for this for over 2 years now.

Did you resolve it yourself? As I see the form now on the above mentioned product/page.

Can you explain how you resolved it?

We are having the same problem. I think the question should be how can we get the form work on single product pages?

Thanks for checking, did you check it with a specific browser? As I am getting te feedback that it looks like it is not working with safari (standard mobile browser).

Thanks for responding. I have found it in the meantime, but I see that users do not see the message when you use woocommerce as the login page. How can I also display the custom message on the my account page of woocommerce?

It was indeed the plugin from google. Have deactivated it and now all works fine!
