I′ve got some 300+ locations missing, so I′m looking forward to a fix soon…
This issue shows only for users not logged into the wordpress backend and has been reported before.

I′m waiting for an update or a bugfix-version too.
any news on this?
I have the same issue, so here it is step by step:
1. log in (into wordpress backend)
2. create new location
3. log out
4. view map and/or list with all locations -> result: new location is not shown (this is a bug since 5.5.4)
5. log in
6. create an event for the new location
7. log out
8. view map and/or list with all locations -> result: new location is shown as there is an event set in the database
9. log in
10. delete the event for the new location
11. log out
12. view map and/or list with all locations -> result: new location is shown as there is a deleted event set in the database
13. log in
14. empty the trash events (with the deleted event for the new location)
15. log out
16. view map and/or list with all locations -> result: new location is not shown as the only event had been removed from the databaseP.S.: When logged in, locations map/list will always show correctly, so this issue will only appear for logged out and therefore visitors.
Thank you angelo.
I am glad you were able to reconstruct this bug.
Hope this will be resolved soon. So I am looking forward to the next version or maybe a intermediate bugfix-version ??Dear NetWebLogic Support,
will this issue be listed as a bug and fixed in the next version?
Hello PetFish,
can you confirm that the missing locations do not only have no events in the future but have no events set in your database at all?
I may also mention that the missing locations have not only no future events set but have no events stored in the database at all (future or past).
I set up an event in the past with a location that had never had an event before and it shows in list and map! So this means only locations with no events at all are affected! Maybe spartaneity can confirm this.
I hope you are able to replicate the error wih this information.I tried various things and settings, but no other difference I could identify, apart from what was mentioned above.
It′s the shortcode for map and list that shows only locations with events. The default page set for showing all locations in settings (archive) has the same problem too.
As I wrote in the other thread: It seems like the attributeeventful=1
is automaticly added when I view the same site logged out. There are no other anomalies I could identify. 5.5.3 works perfectly and some change made in 5.5.4 causes the problem.I can give you the address of my site and login-data via mail or PN if you like, so you can analyse further and may be able to replicate the error.
Same here, running version 5.5.5. The problem also exists with version 5.5.4, but does not exist with version 5.5.3. So this might be a hint where problem originates from.
I′ve got the same problem missing locations when logged out.
In my case, I can only see locations that have events. Locations without events are missing. I didn′t set any attributes in the shortcode.
I had the latest version (v5.5.5) installed, when I realised the problem existed since v5.5.4. I then changed back to v5.5.3 (the last version that works perfectly for me). However, I downloaded v5.5.5 again now and installed it. The problem is still there. I was able to rule out any interferences with installed plugins apart from jigoshop as my site doesn′t load at all with this plugin disabled.
I can give you the address and a login via mail or PN if you like.
Don′t know. One special factor could be, that the locations not included in [locations_map] and [locations_list] since v5.5.4 have no events listed at all. In my case the locations should however be included in map and list.
Sorry for tripple-posting…
The problem also occures with v5.5.4 but does not appear with v5.5.3 ! Please consider a fix for this issue for the release of the next version.
Thank you
After analysing the problem the past hours, the problem still exists.
My site has the following terms on a site:
[locations_map]
[locations_list]When I view the site, the following happens:
result when logged in: all locations are shown
result when logged out: only locations with events are shownIt seems like the attribute
eventful=1
is automaticly added when I view the same site logged out. Addingeventful=0
has no effect. Why is that? Where can I turn this off? Has anyone else experienced that kind of problem? Thanks for any help
