No it’s not caused by wrong quote character since I’m always using a plain text editor (notepad++) when working with codes and your quotes are exactly the same in the code I used.
But it seems to be working OK now – see the test page:

Is it really Resolved? When I try to view it it just shows “Loading viewer …” all the time.

Just checked it again and it does not work at all.

Page and post IDs you’ll find when you hover over the Edit link for a specific post or page in the ‘Posts’ or ‘Pages’ pages.

and if yo want to remove Entry Titles from all pages:

The problem persists; it maybe caused by a slow internet connection. I’m living in India and connecting trough a mobile phone. However it’s still strange that when clicking on that arrow and opening in full page view the PDF document is displayed.

When I open that page I’m getting this message first: “Can’t load this PDF. Make sure the PDF exists at the URL you’re loading it from.”. In the black frame/box it says “Loading viewer …” but nothing is happening. When I click on that small arrow after “Loading viewer …” THEN a new tab in the browser is opening and I see the gray loader strip at the top moving and eventually the black box in full page view is opened displaying the PDF in the middle.

On my mobile phone the “Loading viewer …” completes relatively quickly and displays the PDF

So the main problem is loading the viewer or the file inside a page on a desktop.
I tried with another browser (Opera) instead of FF but it’s the same thing that is happening.

Why is it blocked?

Hi Dave,

Don’t worry. No one from your team will suffer because of my delayed rating. I want to create a new app based on my proper website [link removed] and test it thoroughly, then rate the plugin.
But I hope you understand that just like you sometimes don’t have time to attend to some things right away, the same can be the case with other people. I’ll try to test the plugin next week though.
In the meantime have a through look at my website (link above), read it carefully and apply in daily life and THAT will ensure that you will not suffer in any way ?? and it will create tremendous clarity of mind that will enable you to code without any bugs and a LOT MORE. Enjoy!

I installed the app now but it does not work at all. Right now I don’t have time to dig into that, so I just increased the rating for time being with 1 star. Some time later on I’ll come back to the app and see what’s wrong.

Yes, there are Settings for this plugin, just look at Settings > Reorder Posts.

OK, all is working properly now on mobile phone as well – it was just a question of clearing the browser cache.

That problem was quite specific to the setup of that website. That site was installed in its own subdirectory but I wanted it to open with the main URL https://terrybraunstein.com. In the root of that main domain was another, older installation. After making some changes in the index.php file and some changes in the data base the overlapping of the images occurred – new image was loaded and the old was still there behind.

Now after moving the old site into a backup directory and moving the new under the root that overlapping is gone, although right now as I’m writing this, the owner of the site has problems with viewing the images in the Portfolio page on her mobile. For example here https://terrybraunstein.com/portfolio/who-is-she-2013-2014/ the images do not appear at all on Samsung mobile using Chrome. She is in US and I’m living in India and I can view these images OK. I’m not sure what this is caused by. Are you able to view on the mobile the images on that page when clicking on the Next button ? It would be very helpful if you can try and let me know. Thanks!

In the meantime it turned out to be something else on the website setup that was causing that problem. It’s now solved – I was referring for example to this page https://terrybraunstein.com/portfolio/who-is-she-2013-2014/ where even now you can see some lag when the previous image goes off and the new one comes on, but at least the previous is not anymore ‘stack’ and creating that overlapping issue.

Hi David,

So finally I managed to make proper adjustments so that the captions are just right. You can see how they look on this website https://terrybraunstein.com/portfolio1/ and click on the top-left Portfolio item.

One problem though that came up now is that when the large image of the Portfolio item gets loaded and I click on Next button again and again few times to show next image, then there is an overlapping of images, part of the previous image is visible. Then if you continue clicking on the Next button again and again until you come to the first one and few more times next again, then you cannot proceed any more.

Is this related to your slider plugin?
Any idea how to fix it?

Hi Simpson,

That’s great. It works on my DesktopServer which I’m using for testing and it’s also OK on a testing site here: https://mr108.gegahost.net/my/ BUT on my main site https://memoryisourhome.com/ it does not work at all. I tried and when I saw that it did not work I reverted to the original template-tags.php file and now when viewing in the mobile view the ‘hamburger’ icon does not even show up as it did before.

Besides this I have noticed that if you create a submenu like on my testing site, for example under the page ‘What TM is and what it is not’ there is a submenu page ‘ How is TM different’ then you cannot open the 1st page but only the subpage. Same you can see on this website: https://ehlradio.com/ (the 2nd menu item after Home)

So there is too much hassle with this menu – it’s clear that it needs some more work. So for time being Max Mega Menu stays on my website – it’s really good.

So you were testing when viewing in Firefox and Chrome browsers on a computer or on a mobile device?

The mobile menu did not work in these browsers on my computer. And besides that it did not work on mobile devices of some friends.

Right now the Mega Menu plugin is active on my site so it my appear as if the inbuilt theme menu is working OK, but it’s not.
