I’m having the same problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstall jetpack with no success.

Activated and deactivated the subscription feature. Still doesn’t work. Time to find an alternative, it seems.
Upgraded to 4.3.1. Still not receiving subscription emails. Confirmed with multiple subscription addresses.

I’m having the same problem. Nothing appearing in GA’s site search.
Also, the plugin is adding the following to the URL in the tracking code (and NOT to the url in the browser) for all search results:
&cat=plus-5-results
