Thanks, I deactivated all of my plugins, it worked fine so I reactivated them all one by one till I found the problem. It was ‘Remove query strings from static resources’ version 1.3 by ‘your WP Expert’.

Please help someone. I can’t update or change anything.

I’m having the same problem. It worked with double opt-in but I think that is unnecessary for my needs.
