I am having a similar problem to the initial person who posted.
On my website I offer the applicants a chance to pay immediately (at the end of the registration form), or via cash on the day.
Unfortunately when they complete the form they do not receive a confirmation email from the site. Those who pay at the end of form will receive confirmation of payment from the payment company I am using, but not an email of confirmation from my website. Likewise those who choose to pay cash on the day do not receive any email at all.
I am using Brevo, and the test email works (although it goes to my junk folder and not my inbox which is another problem!).
How do I resolve this issue?
