OK, this makes sense, but where do I place the custom css formatting?

OK, I’ll change the question ~ What’s the best way to insert custom css for a page within a blog?

after creating the new page, I don’t see anything on the right side that shows a “no-sidebar template”

So after I create a no sidebar page and remove the above code, where and how do I find this page when I add a new one from my add page sidebar?
