Thanks! The dev emailed me that 5.12.10 fixes the issue but I’m not seeing it in my updates yet.

Oops – ignore this – I found the older version on this page/advanced view. Not sure how to delete this =/

@zactix Can you point to or host somewhere the previous version (5.12.8) so we can grab it to fix all of the broken shortcodes on our site since we had to disable 5.12.9? We can’t seem to find it and if we roll back our whole site from backup, lots of other changes we made will disappear.

Thanks for the response, Marius! We see on WP Engine (our host) that object caching is not enabled on the server so we’ll have to keep digging.

Greetings – This was resolved for us shortly after posting here. NSP was super-quick to update the plugin after some back and forth via email and our setting up a staging server for them to see what was going on.

@sianeliz – It appears to be working for us now. I have no idea what has changed, as the theme was not updated and we didn’t update anything else. I did notice a minor release of PHP 8 was auto-installed on our server (WP Engine is our host) so perhaps that fixed it.

Oops – I posted too soon, sorry. The issue is with a plugin called
Advanced Taxonomy Terms Order.

Thanks, Steve, but I don’t have faith that this plugin will get an update so we’ve uninstalled it and found another workaround for our use case.

Thanks – Same issue here. We carefully disabled all plugins until finding out this is the one breaking Formidable (Lite and Pro).

Really hoping this plugin doesn’t become fully abandoned =/
