In reply to: [WooCommerce] tk_ai cookie served all over the site without Jetpack installedThe tk_ai cookie is displaying on the front end of my site when I’m not logged in and when usage tracking is turned off on the back-end.
Based on Thomas’ note above, I disabled all other plugins and confirmed that tk_ai is not set when WooCommerce is the only plugin. After turning on all of my plugins one by one, it looks like tk_ai gets set on page load when the Monarch social Media plugin is activated. Sharing in case it’s helpful with investigating what might be causing this.
Had the same error…had to revert to the back-up I made just before updating
Thanks so much for checking, I appreciate it ??
I’m not using AdBlock (or similar) extensions. I did try disabling all FF plugins and extensions, and am still not seeing Facebook counts in Firefox. Any other thoughts on what might be going on?
Thanks!
Sure…here’s a link to a sample page where i’m seeing different counts in Firefox vs IE/Chrome: https://sumaiyawood.com/dont-need-spiritual-practice-be-more-spiritual/
thanks!

In reply to: Changing logo size in Storefront ThemeHello – thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get this to work — the logo is still really small even after adding the css above to style.css.
Any other ideas? My website is https://logoanimationshop.com
Thanks in advance!
Hi – thanks for checking back in. I just tried updating to 4.0.6 again and everything seems to be working correctly.
Please note that prior to updating I had turned off the force logout option that I had previously set-up which seems to be what triggered the issues I described above. I’ll keep you posted if I encounter any further issues
Thanks again for your awesome plugin!!
Hi – thanks for investigating ?? I did have both Rename Login Page and Prevent Hotlinks activated. I tried Save Changes on the Permalinks page and then reactivating Rename Login Page, and that worked. But then I wasn’t able to replicate it and get it to work consistently. After my initial attempt that worked, I then tried changing the name to something new and got a 404 error. I then tried saving permalinks again, and still got a 404 error. It was only when I deactivated the Renamed login page, then saved Permalinks, then reactivated Rename Login Page in that sequence that it worked. But then I tried to replicate that and got multiple 404s before I finally got it working again.
Hope that helps. LMK if you need any additional info or if you’d like me to test anything else.
Thanks for your awesome plugin!
I’m having the same problem – I tried changing the login page, and then tested it out in another browser before logging out in the browser where I originally made the change just to make sure it was working correctly. I checked in two different browsers and got 404 errors in each. Then I tried disabling all security features and firewall rules from the Settings page and recreating everything from scratch. Still no luck. I’ve had to disable the rename login page functionality altogether in order to access my site (I couldn’t even revert back to what I previously had set up). It would be great to get this sorted as this feature is part of what makes AIOWS so awesome.
Thanks in advance!
Just a heads-up that when I tried to reinstall 4.0.6 (a fresh install), I started getting the same errors I described above. So I reverted back to a previous version from back-up files. That appears to be working fine, so the issue seems to be 4.0.6-related
Hi – I cleared my browser cache, tried another browser, and also tried logging in on my phone (in case the issue was somehow IP-related) — all without luck ??
It’s interesting that when I rename the plugin folder and try logging in using the normal wp-admin login page, the url redirects back to an “aiowps_login_msg_id=session_expired” URL (along with giving me a 404 error). This happened on each of the browsers I tried
I’m not using a caching plugin, so that’s not the issue
After digging around in the support forum, I also deleted everything AIOWS-related from the htaccess file. Still had issues in the first two browsers I tried (it was still redirecting to my renamed login page with the “aiowps_login_msg_id=session_expired” tacked at the end of the URL). Decided to try a forth browser and for some reason it worked there and I was able to get in and delete the plugin entirely. Will try setting it back up and let you know if I have any issues
Thanks for your help ??
