first of all congratulations for the great plugin.

Now a little problem; I’m using a theme (https://themeforest.net/item/newsmag-news-magazine-newspaper/9512331) that store the video URL in a array inside at meta-key.
For example:
meta_key = td_post_video
meta_value = a:1:{s:8:”td_video”;s:43:”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DdlPBwH9tE”;}

How can I personalize my function.php for this case?
Or I need to modify the plugin?

yes, you can do it.
You can create unlimited menus (like Wines, Spirits, Beers) and in every menu you can create unlimited headers (or section).
