This is not a solution, but I’ve modified the filter menu to recognize the “tag-2” duplicates. Not an ideal hack.

Tag editor still not working to modify tag slugs though. Anyone experiencing this?

When I add the line suggested in that post to my htaccess file (with the appropriate directory name obviously), I get a “Malware detected” page, and when I “proceed anyways”, it still gives me the “404 Not found”.

Do I need to have the /mobileapp/ folder in a particular directory? Or isn’t that htaccess line finding it anywhere under root? (/)

Hm, tried that, but it’s still showing the WP site 404 page. Any other ideas?

The mobile app directory is in the same directory as directories like “wp-content” and “wp-includes”, etc. Could this be a problem with my permalink settings thinking /mobileapp/ is a WP page?

I checked another forum post, and it seems that you need a page ID selected in the WP-Filebase > Settings > File-Browser options. The search needs a base page to refresh/load the results.

The problem with this is that you can’t use the shortcode with this or else you get two file browsers on the same page. If you want to put anything else on the page in a custom order, then you can’t use the search.

Any way of fixing this?

I’m having trouble with the search widget as well. I only have pdfs, images, .docs, etc, no mp3s, but when I search it just refreshes my file-tree page without the file-tree. I tried unchecking the “Search ID3 tags” option, but nothing.

Would love to get this file-specific search working.

Nevermind. It was a conflict with a splash page I had up.

Were you able to implement the shortcode capability for your plugin?

I believe you’d be the first to put together a page feed plugin that can stream user AND hashtag dependent feeds. I’ve been on a mission to find an easy way to do this (preferably as a WP plugin) to no avail.

I’m in desperate need to find something/anything that will do this as well!

There’s literally zero WP plugins or any github projects that are capable of feeding hashtag photos only from a specific user.

I’m a designer at the mercy of developers. Let’s add this feature!

I ended up using a plugin called “friends only”. Worked pretty much exactly how I needed. Hope that helps.
